VIP customer service and complaint resolution **Salary:** $18,000 \+ benefits **Schedule:** Night shift, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week **Job Objective** Supervise the establishment's daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality, service, and profitability standards, serving as the general management's right hand and operational team leader. **Main Responsibilities** * **Operational Supervision:** Ensure seamless coordination among kitchen, bar, and dining floor during the shift. * **Personnel Management:** Coordinate shift roles, train new hires, and motivate the team (servers, bartenders, security staff). * **Inventory Control:** Monitor beverage and supply stock levels, place orders, and minimize shrinkage. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety standards, and local alcohol sales regulations. * **VIP Customer Service/Complaint Handling:** Intervene in complex situations to ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements and Competencies** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry. * **Soft Skills:** Situational leadership, working under pressure, analytical thinking, and quick decision-making. * **Technical Skills:** Recipe costing knowledge, point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency, and service protocols (basic mixology).
