Management of operating systems, networks, and structured cabling MERIDA CAMPUS Universidad Maya is looking for your skills and experience to join our team: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: TECHNICAL SUPPORT • User support (Windows, Office, Outlook, etc.). • Preventive and corrective maintenance of software and hardware. • Operating systems and communication networks. • Structured cabling. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. • Prior experience in the field (must be verifiable). WE OFFER $11,000.00 Estimated Gross Salary + Statutory Benefits from Day One. • Direct employment contract with the institution. • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE: • Installation and configuration of CCTV systems. • Installation of security alarm systems.
