About the Role Your purpose within the institution will be to achieve enrollment targets for the undergraduate business line by closing sales on campus, delivering and ensuring effective service focused on achieving quarterly enrollment conversion rates. Your Key Challenges  Follow-up and outreach to databases to close sales and achieve enrollment targets.  Post-sale follow-up and service for newly enrolled students.  Submission of enrolled students’ files to the institution.  Issuance of identification credentials for new students.  Campus tours for brand promotion and educational offering dissemination. We Seek a Commercial Profile Requirements: • Completed bachelor’s degree (documentation proving degree completion required). • 1 year of experience selling intangible products; experience in financial, funeral, insurance, and/or real estate sectors is desirable. • Experience working under goal- and commission-based schemes. • Experience in cold-calling sales closure and handling objections. • Experience in face-to-face sales closure, customer service, and post-sale service. Desirable: • CRM system experience is desirable. • Availability to work rotating days off and/or staggered shifts, especially during peak business seasons. • Effective communication skills for delivering presentations to large groups.
