Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in social security to perform calculations, reviews, transactions, and procedures with various institutions. Key Highlights: 1. Inclusive and collaborative work environment Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in the social security area. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SUA, and knowledge of payroll software. Responsibilities: SUA and FONACOT calculations, calculation of discrepancies, review and reconciliation of claim adjustments. Transactions with IMSS and monthly reporting of performed transactions. Review of biweekly INFONAVIT and FONACOT withholdings; cross-checking of active employees. Review of IMSS-INFONAVIT compliance opinions. Registration of employer accounts with IMSS and FONACOT. Calculation of social cost, handling diverse procedures with IMSS, creation of spreadsheets for requested reports and analyses. Use of virtual desktop, INFONAVIT corporate portal, and IDSE; submission of INFONAVIT cause statements; IMSS clarifications. Previous SUAS reports. Completion of ST-7 form; tracking of disabilities. Submission of quarterly ICSOE and SUSUB informational reports; generation of working sheets for data entry. Generation of monthly and bimonthly payments.
