REQUIREMENTS: *Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering cost estimation and budgeting. *Knowledge of tender processes, unit price calculation, budgeting, and quotations. *Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field with professional license. *Intermediate-level proficiency in Opus is mandatory. *Driver's license is desirable. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: *Project administration. *Creation of purchase orders. *Participation in tenders. *Preparation of estimates and unit prices. *Proficiency in Opus and Excel.
