JOB MISSION At Universidad Anáhuac Mayab, we are seeking a professional who will drive promotion, lead generation, and conversion for Graduate and Continuing Education programs by implementing, optimizing, and analyzing digital strategies, automating CRM processes, and tracking the admissions funnel. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure and optimize automated workflows in HubSpot to improve management, tracking, and conversion of prospects interested in Graduate and Continuing Education programs. Design and manage automated prospect assignment processes by program, modality, or academic area. Manage segmentation, custom properties, and data structure within the CRM to ensure prospect information quality, traceability, and effective utilization. Design and optimize automated communication flows aligned with contact, follow-up, and admissions processes for programs. Enable and manage CRM-integrated communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp), including creation of templates, snippets, and response resources for advisors. Analyze key conversion funnel metrics (contactability, stage progression, enrollment) to evaluate the performance of lead generation and follow-up strategies. Identify process, automation, and data management improvement opportunities to increase admissions efficiency. Implement MarTech initiatives aimed at strengthening the integration and automation of the digital ecosystem for graduate and continuing education lead generation and conversion. Coordinate alignment among marketing strategies, sales follow-up, and CRM process automation. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor lead generation, follow-up, and conversion performance, and propose data-driven improvements. MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL AND FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor’s degree in Communications and/or Marketing, Business Administration, Educational Administration, MBA, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, or related field. WORK EXPERIENCE Required – Inbound consultant or implementer, Ads specialist, website specialist, copywriter – 1 to 3 years. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS Required – Inbound methodology. Required – Proficiency in conversational tools. Required – Proficiency in statistical tools and databases. Required – CRM proficiency.
