Coordinate and monitor medical and nursing staff Emergency Physician, Universidad Anáhuac Mérida At Universidad Anáhuac Mérida, we seek a General Physician with clinical and emergency medical experience, as well as coordination skills to lead our on-campus health services. Position Objective: Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the efficient operation of campus health clinics, deliver timely medical care to the university community, ensure appropriate responses to medical emergencies, and comply with health regulations. Main Responsibilities: Provide general medical consultations to students, staff, and visitors. Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate emergency response on campus. Supervise the operation of health clinics (3 units). Coordinate and monitor personnel under supervision: assistant physicians, nurses, and interns. Ensure compliance with medical care protocols and health regulations. Manage medical supplies and medication inventory control. Prepare service utilization reports and performance indicators. Implement health promotion and disease prevention campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (degree certificate and professional license required). Minimum 3–5 years of clinical practice experience. Experience in emergency medical care. Health team coordination experience is preferred.
