Continuous training Job Objective Provide executive, administrative, and academic support to the Directorate, ensuring proper organization, monitoring, and control of key area processes, thereby contributing efficiently to the achievement of institutional objectives. Main Responsibilities Manage the Directorate's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and activities. Provide administrative support in drafting, controlling, and archiving documents. Monitor administrative and academic procedures and processes within the area. Support coordination and execution of departmental projects and initiatives. Organize logistics for meetings, academic events, and institutional activities. Manage office supplies and materials, as well as monitor operational requirements. Maintain attendance records and track support staff activities. Receive and route requests from students, faculty, and administrative personnel. Keep area administrative records, databases, and controls up to date. Requirements Minimum education: Completed upper secondary education. 1–3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles. Excellent spelling and writing skills. Proficiency in calendar management and administrative organization. Knowledge and proficiency in Office 365 suite. Familiarity with office equipment and materials.
