




Job Summary: We are seeking a restaurant leader to ensure customer satisfaction, operational quality, and team coordination within a growing culinary environment. Key Highlights: 1. Staff coordination and daily operations supervision Truck Chef is a culinary project launched in 2014 to deliver the best possible food on the streets of Mérida under the food truck concept. In 2019, we evolved with the opening of Da Kitchen restaurant—a warm, fun space featuring a wonderful ambiance and a wide variety of delicious dishes where you can experience incredible moments. In 2026, we will open our second restaurant in downtown Mérida. *Key Responsibilities: - Ensure customer satisfaction. - Efficiently and accurately resolve incidents involving customers or team members. - Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food handling, and sanitation are maintained. - Supervise proper branch closing procedures and cash register reconciliations. - Supervise purchase orders based on established maximum and minimum stock levels. - Coordinate with department heads across other areas and shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations. - Coordinate staff, assign workstations, and supervise their performance. - Report equipment malfunctions promptly. - Monitor, update, and optimize recipes, operational processes, administrative procedures, etc. - Conduct daily and weekly briefings communicating shift objectives. - Inventory control and management. *We Offer: -Monthly base salary: $12,000.00 (paid weekly at $3,000.00). -Monthly productivity bonus: $5,000.00. -Benefits exceeding those mandated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT) from day one. -Staff cafeteria service (one free meal per day). -25% discount on products (5 per week, non-transferable). -Growth opportunity within an expanding brand. -Ongoing training. -Excellent working environment. *Work Schedule: -Monday to Saturday: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. -Sunday: Day off. *Essential Requirements: -Must have personal transportation, preferably a car. -Minimum two years of experience in a similar position. -Minimum two letters of recommendation from previous employers.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of experience Age: Between 30 and 40 years old Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Soft Restaurant Driver’s License: Class A Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head
