Collaborates strategically in decision-making. RESTAURANT MANAGER ORGANIZATIONAL CHART POSITION: Reports to the Operations Department. Reports directly to Management. Supervises the performance of: Hostess, Bartenders, Servers, Bar Assistants, Service Assistants.
