




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive human resources management, from recruitment and selection to payroll administration and staff development. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the full recruitment and selection cycle. 2. Administers weekly payroll and payments to staff. 3. Conducts onboarding for new staff and reviews their performance. • Handles staff recruitment, selecting suitable candidates for each department; starting with candidate sourcing across various channels, conducting interviews, analyzing profiles, checking references, and ultimately selecting the most appropriate candidate for the position. • Calculates weekly payroll and manages timely and accurate payment to each staff member. • Manages staff enrollment and withdrawal from Social Security. • Maintains up-to-date personnel files with all required documentation current. • Maintains ongoing communication with the company’s legal counsel for any consultation or situation requiring attention. • Conducts onboarding training for newly hired staff, ensures all staff are properly uniformed and presented, reviews staff performance with Managers, among other duties.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Knowledge: Achievement orientation, Conflict resolution, Problem solving, Responsibility, Decision making, Human resource management, Talent acquisition, Payroll calculation, Staff training, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Planning, Industrial psychology, Recruitment, Labor relations, Mental health, Organizational communication, Organizational behavior, Emotional health, Information verification Keywords: resources, human
