Leading Company in Explosives for Construction and Mining We are seeking Commercial Manager Job Objective: This position is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives at the peninsula-wide level under the direction and coordination of the National Commercial Management. Requirements: Education: Mining Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer specializing in terrestrial roadways Experience: 3 years in the Commercial area in one or more of the following fields (Mandatory): Mandatory commercial experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply of Equipment, Machinery, Services or others for Aggregate Quarrying Operations, Quarries, Crushing Machinery, Mines, Road Construction, Asphalt Plants, Cement Plants, Concrete Plants, Required Skills: Proficiency in structured commercial processes; negotiation skills; conflict resolution; cross-departmental coordination Knowledge of government tender processes Experience negotiating with senior executives and government officials Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, problem-solving ability Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, military personnel, and government officials Extroverted personality Willingness to frequently travel by road across the peninsula.
