Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional to prospect, develop, and maintain clients, ensuring profitable sales and strengthening long-term business relationships in the meat sector. Position combining fieldwork and office work with targets. **Job Objective:** Achieve sales targets through client prospecting, development, and retention, ensuring profitable sales and comprehensive service that strengthens long-term business relationships. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospecting new clients (restaurants, butcher shops, taco stands, distributors, etc.) * Promoting and positioning meat products * Closing sales and negotiation * Order management and follow-up * Coordinating deliveries with logistics * Collections and payment control * Customer service and retention * Market and competitive analysis * Sales reporting and performance indicator tracking **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred * Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (preferably in food or FMCG) * Valid driver’s license for car and/or motorcycle * Knowledge of the local market * Portfolio management and cold prospecting experience **Skills** * Results-oriented mindset * Effective negotiation skills * Communication and customer service skills * Organization and follow-up capability * Proactivity and stress tolerance **Job Conditions** * Hybrid work (field and office) * Adherence to scheduled visit routes * Portfolio management and collections * Performance-based monthly targets **We Offer** * Base salary: $14,000–$16,000 net per month * Additional bonus of 20% of base salary upon achievement of performance indicators * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:00 hrs (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 08:00–14:00 hrs * Sunday: Rest day * Availability to work on holidays Apply Now If you meet the profile and seek growth in the commercial area, we want to meet you!
