We are currently seeking a **Project Management - Transportation & Logistics** to join our team in **Aguascalientes**. This role focuses on supervising and tracking strategic projects related to route optimization, operational efficiency, workload balancing, process automation, and operations expansion within transportation and logistics areas. **A Day in the Life of This Role:** * Execute and supervise logistics projects from start to finish. * Coordinate with key areas such as NMEX Operations, Warehouses, IT, Purchasing, Customer Service, VPC, etc. * Track and manage schedules, provide delay notifications, and ensure objectives are met. * Identify operational risks and propose mitigation plans in coordination with other areas. * Oversee the implementation of new technologies and automation initiatives. **Who We Are Looking For:** **Mandatory:** * Engineering or related Bachelor's Degree. * 1 year of experience in related operations. * Domestic logistics and shipping coordination (direct and milk run schemes). * Project Management: scheduling preparation (Gantt), milestone execution/supervision. * Strong project management skills, basic logistics knowledge, KPI design, QCTS **Desired:** * Import/export coordination. * Transport regulations (special transportation desirable). * Certifications and regulations: CTPAT & OEA. * Manufacturing operations knowledge, cross docking, supply chain risk management. * Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel, AutoCAD (desirable). * Competencies: problem solving, communication, decision-making, negotiation, business awareness. * Learning mindset, initiative, adaptability, self-confidence, personal motivation What to Expect at Nissan: Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities: Benefit from diverse career paths, interdepartmental mobility, and innovative learning platforms.
