Completed bachelor's degree in foreign trade or related field. Knowledge of: Customs Law; General Rules of Foreign Trade and their annexes; BL revalidations; terminal releases; delay cutoffs; and expense account closures. Proficiency in SIR/RECO system. Empty container handling. Validation and payment of customs entry forms (pedimentos). Customs clearance and Customs Law. Port logistics. Import and export procedures. Quality policy and objectives.
