Summary: Seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee cross-border logistics, trade compliance, and coordinate shipments for a textile company across multiple countries. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with IMMEX, USMCA, and foreign trade regulations We're looking for a Logistics Manager to join a leading company in the textile industry. As a **Logistics Manager**, you will manage cross\-border logistics and trade compliance for operations in Mexico, the United States, Canada, and Dominican Republic supports logistics coordination for future company expansion into additional locations or regions. Including international transportation, customs documentation, and foreign trade compliance. The **Logistics Manager** coordinates closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution, control logistics costs, and maintain regulatory compliance. **Responsabilities:** * Oversee and coordinate all inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments. Manage cross border shipments between Mexico, the United States, Canada and Dominican Republic. * Ensure materials and finished goods are delivered on time and according to company requirements. * Monitor shipments and resolve transportation, customs, or delivery issues. * Evaluate and recommend the most efficient shipping methods, carriers, and routes. Manage temporary import/export movements and intercompany loan shipments between facilities. * Ensure compliance with IMMEX, USMCA, VAT certification, and Mexican foreign trade regulations. * Ensure trade compliance for cross\-border operations * Administer and maintain the temporary import inventory control system. * Maintain and reconcile ACAF fixed asset records related to temporary imports. * Manage and ensure all documentation is properly prepared and maintained for fixed assets transported between countries under loan agreements, supporting the Finance team and ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure accurate customs entries and documentation for shipments * Support internal and external audits related to foreign trade and logistics operations. * Manage relationships with freight carriers, logistics providers, and customs brokers. * Negotiate transportation rates and service agreements when applicable. * Monitor and control transportation and logistics costs. * Track and report logistics performance metrics * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements. **Required Knowledge:** * International logistics and transportation management * Customs procedures and foreign trade regulations * IMMEX program and temporary imports Inventory control systems related to foreign trade * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Sueldo: $40,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Caja de ahorro * Vales de despensa Pregunta(s) de postulación: * Aspiración económica Experiencia: * IMMEX: 5 años (Obligatorio) * ANEXO 24 : 5 años (Obligatorio) * Supervisión de operaciones logísticas: 5 años (Obligatorio) * ANEXO 31: 5 años (Obligatorio) Idioma: * Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
