We have an exciting opportunity for you as a **Key Account Manager**, based in **Aguascalientes**, to drive business growth in the region. **What will be your primary objective in this role?** Win, retain, and grow customers. **What will you do in this position?** * Align customer business needs with DHL solutions and assess whether tailored solutions can be created for the customer. * Sell our ocean, air, land, and customs services—with stronger emphasis on land-based solutions. * Support customer retention through product-focused visits, TL engagement, and organizing joint workshops inviting customers to share information and receive regular updates on products, etc. * Leverage networks and diverse DHL sales channels to collaborate with customers, market strategies, and fully offer our end-to-end supply chain service portfolio to meet customer needs. * Experience in consultative selling. * Proficiency in closing deals. * Experience in the freight forwarder industry. * Advanced English proficiency. **What can you bring to this role?** * 2\-3 years’ experience in freight forwarder sales. * Experience in the logistics sector. * Knowledge of customs regulations. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Transportation Engineering, etc. * Conversational-level English. **Why should you join our team?** You’ll have the chance to work for an international company within a multicultural environment.
