Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales professional for a Freight Forwarder with sales experience and knowledge of international trade to support commercial executives and generate sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. New business development and internal customer management. 2. Commercial CRM management and lead tracking. 3. Commercial support in quotations and agenda management. **A leading international logistics and transportation company is looking for an Inside Sales (Freight Forwarder).** **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. · Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or inside sales (Freight Forwarder). · Knowledge of Incoterms. · Knowledge of logistics services. · Intermediate English. **Responsibilities:** · Support commercial executives in preparing and sending quotations to current customers and prospects. · Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. · Manage commercial CRMs for lead and prospect capture and tracking, preferably Cargo Wise. · Generate sales with internal customers by contacting them for new business development. · Manage appointment schedules and pending tasks with commercial executives and the director. · Respond to and follow up on requests from prospects or customers via telephone or email to ensure proper handling. · Perform administrative tasks relevant to the department. **We Offer:** · Salary: $18,000 to $20,000 MXN gross per month. · Commissions ranging from 3% to 8% of profit (commissions capped at $70,000.00, negotiable depending on experience and competencies). · Statutory benefits. · Enhanced benefits (savings fund at 4%, food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days’ compensation starting from the second year, etc.) **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / flexible schedule including some weekends.** **If interested, apply through this channel.** Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
