Opportunity for professional growth and development within an international company. **LINKEAZI is seeking a Foreign Trade Manager IMMEX in Jesús María, Aguascalientes** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Aguascalientes, Mexico **Company:** Chinese automotive company (plant in Mexico) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| 8:00 am – 5:30 pm **Job Objective** Comprehensively lead and manage foreign trade operations (imports and exports), ensuring regulatory compliance in Mexico and operational efficiency of the department. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise daily import and export operations jointly with customs brokers and internal teams. * Design, implement, and optimize foreign trade processes, ensuring compliance with programs such as **IMMEX, PROSEC, and VAT certification**. * Ensure compliance with Mexican foreign trade regulations, mitigating operational and tax-related risks. * Lead, structure, and develop the foreign trade team by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and processes. * Develop and train a professional team focused on efficiency, rapid response, and continuous improvement. * Maintain ongoing communication with external consultants (tax and foreign trade) for audits, process evaluations, and action plans. * Manage and optimize processes related to **IGI (General Import Tax)**. * Coordinate logistics and transportation for import/export operations, ensuring alignment with customs procedures. **Requirements** * 10+ years of experience in foreign trade, covering both imports and exports. * Solid experience in the automotive industry (highly desirable). * In-depth knowledge of Mexican regulations: IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT, and foreign trade regulations. * Experience leading teams and establishing processes. * Advanced English (spoken and written). **Offer** * Competitive salary aligned with the local market. * Opportunity for career advancement within an international company expanding across North America. * Professional development and global exposure **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Automotive **Skills:** * IMMEX * Foreign Trade Manager * PROSEC *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fb79063f000040006666f1\&source\=indeed*
