




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop commercial strategies, prospect customers, maintain long-term relationships, and coordinate logistics processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate the logistics process and ensure customer satisfaction DESCRIPTION **Knowledge and Skills:** Proficiency in developing commercial strategies, assertive communication, collaborative teamwork, and market planning and research. **Responsibilities:** * Increase customer volume. * Contact prospects and customers to build positive and lasting business relationships. * Serve as a liaison between the customer and various company departments to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues. * Timely follow-up on accepted operations to ensure successful shipment delivery. * Guide customers on required documentation for executing the logistics process. * Meet performance indicators set by the Commercial Management team. * Report process anomalies to the immediate supervisor for resolution. **Functions:** * Prospect new customers and provide relevant information to the Sales Director to successfully close deals; simultaneously develop and maintain existing accounts. * Build and develop business relationships with customers through meetings and/or phone calls, conducting prior research on any operational or administrative details that occurred, to be discussed accordingly. * Maintain consistent communication with the Pricing team to request freight rate quotations in accordance with internal procedures. * Receive and validate rates provided by Pricing, ensuring timely submission to customers and prospects. * Provide feedback to Pricing on submitted quotations based on customer comments, and notify acceptance of the commercial offer by the customer. * Prepare and update quotations and rate sheets sent to customers. * Request and supervise proper customer onboarding into the system, providing necessary information and documents per internal procedures. * Enter rates and quotations into the SF system and verify their accurate registration. * Continuously register and update customer, prospect, contact, opportunity, credit, letter of guarantee, etc. information in the SF system. * Support customers in completing the instruction letter and follow up on requirements, needs, and/or clarifications regarding their shipments via email, phone calls, and/or in-person interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Conduct customer visits together with the Sales Coordinator to maintain positive relationships and retain customers. * Support the Accounts Receivable team, as requested, to successfully collect payments generated by the customer. * Support ongoing commercial campaigns within the team. * Participate in events, trade shows, conventions, chambers, and any organizations aimed at market expansion and brand positioning. * Coordinate with the Operations Department on the logistics process to ensure successful implementation of operations. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and forecast assigned by Commercial Management. **Compensation Package:** **Salary:** Range from $15,000 MXN net to $45,000 MXN net, negotiable for outstanding candidates or according to market demands. **\+ Commissions** **Benefits:** Statutory benefits \+ enhanced: 30-day bonus (aguinaldo), food vouchers (vales de despensa), savings fund (fondo de ahorro), major, minor, and preventive medical insurance, gym membership. ### **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields. **Language:** Intermediate to advanced English **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in freight forwarding sales covering maritime, air, and land transportation services, primarily in a **hunter** role. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related disciplines. * Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of maritime, air, and land freight forwarding services. * Knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, and customs regulations. * Proficiency in prospecting, developing, and maintaining customers. * Advanced English, both oral and written. * Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. * Results-oriented with focus on achieving commercial objectives. * Ability to prepare quotations, cost analyses, and margin assessments. * Proficiency in CRM tools and commercial management software.
