Description

Job Summary: Active student pursuing a degree in Systems or Software Engineering to support HSE process digitization, interacting with various teams and suppliers to implement improvements and manage waste at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. HSE process digitization and administration 2. Implementation of improvements and audit support 3. Interaction with suppliers and plant teams Internship for Juárez Plant 2 Active students (with one year or more remaining until graduation) pursuing a degree in Systems or Software Engineering. Knowledge and Skills Intermediate English Proactivity, responsibility, self-motivation, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI (mandatory) Software implementation experience (mandatory) Data organization and analysis (mandatory) Knowledge of web page development, dashboard design, and data engineering SQL queries (data filtering) and JavaScript Familiarity with analytical methodologies, basic knowledge of industrial safety regulations, and STPS standard interpretation Primary Duties and Responsibilities Identify, consolidate, and administer HSE digitization processes Interact with suppliers, operators, team leaders, and managers Deploy HSE communication and dissemination activities Conduct plant walkthroughs for waste management identification and follow-up Implement improvements, conduct plant audits, and support inspections ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY BRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs, and experiences.
