The role focuses on transactional sales and small projects, assisting customers throughout their sales process. The representative will identify new business opportunities via phone to help achieve targets, creating agreements from initial contact through to sale closure. They are also responsible for generating new business opportunities, focusing on mid-sized customers and accounts, consistently following up according to defined protocols with response metrics, proposal timelines, and internal knowledge of Lenovo’s diverse commercial strategies to better address submitted quotations. Measurement: Performance measurements will be directly linked to quarterly KPI metrics. Key Roles and Responsibilities * Increase sales/tenders within the assigned territory. * Manage various account managers in the administrative area. * Record opportunities in the system. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders. * Establish strong collaboration with all local and regional functions, especially the Brand and Finance teams, which are critical to achieving country-level objectives. * Process improvements and special projects. * Call center priorities.
