This role focuses on developing tools that connect core business systems, automate workflows, and improve efficiency across teams. This is a hands\-on position where the developer will manage projects from initial scoping through deployment, working directly with operations and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions. **Key Responsibilities** \- Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tools \- Develop and manage API integrations across third\-party platforms (REST, webhooks, OAuth) \- Build dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automation systems \- Automate operational processes such as lease renewals, onboarding, and internal reporting \- Develop lightweight portals for internal staff and external users \- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions \- Deploy and maintain applications in cloud or VPS environments \- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of applications \- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity **Required Qualifications** \-Proficiency in a modern backend framework (e.g., Python with Flask/Django, Node.js with Express, or similar). \- At least 10 years of experience with Full\-Stack Software Development. \- Strong front\-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React or Vue preferred) \- Experience building and consuming REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, and error handling \- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL \- Comfortable using AI\-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and output \- Ability to work independently and manage projects end\-to\-end \- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non\-technical stakeholders \- Experience with version control systems (Git) **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience with property management or real estate platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium) \- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 APIs, PowerShell, or Azure services \- Experience with webhook\-based or event\-driven architectures \- Background building multi\-tenant or role\-based applications **What Success Looks Like** \- Internal tools that reduce manual work and improve team efficiency \- Reliable integrations between core business systems \- Scalable applications that support operational growth \- Effective use of AI tools to streamline development and problem\-solving \- Clear documentation and maintainable codebase **Skip the Line** Want to stand out right away?
