A leading industrial packaging solutions company, expanding due to growth, is seeking: **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE** Work location: Eastern area of the Monterrey Metropolitan Area Hiring type: Direct employment by the company ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: ✅ Advanced conversational English | Daily interaction with U.S. customers ✅ Intermediate Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting (a test will be administered) ✅ Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in logistics or internal sales ✅ Degree: Bachelor's in Commerce, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field ✅ Residency in the eastern zone | Guadalupe, Juárez, Cadereyta, or ability to commute easily ✅ Skills: Communication, follow-up, stress tolerance, organization KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Attending to and following up with domestic and export customers Entering and monitoring purchase orders in the ERP system Coordinating with production, shipping, and quality departments Preparing Excel-based sales reports and KPIs Resolving post-sale complaints and clarifications WE OFFER: Competitive salary: $28,000–$30,000 gross monthly, based on experience Statutory benefits + additional benefits Ongoing training IMPORTANT: This position is 100% on-site. We do not provide transportation routes from the western/southern zones of MTY. This opportunity applies only if you reside in the eastern zone or have your own transportation.
