Comprehensive administration of social security obligations and benefits. **Grupo Lazcano is seeking:** Social Security Analyst. **CV 818\-0544510** Support the administration and timely payment of social security obligations via the Single Self-Determination System (SUA) to comply with current legislation, ensuring accurate calculations delivered on time and in full. Guarantee data integrity. **Required Knowledge:** * Preparation of employee registration (prealta) and termination (baja) with IMSS. * Processing employee terminations in the payroll system. * Preliminary calculation of payroll tax. * Calculation of FONACOT deductions and entry into the payroll system. * Review of IMSS and INFONAVIT settlement statements. * Generation of monthly cumulative reports. * Excel. * Any payroll system. **Responsibilities:** * Support the variability process by reviewing bimonthly reports for communication and transmission to IMSS of integrated daily wages via the IDSE portal. * Support the review of IMSS contributions using the Single Self-Determination System (SUA) to ensure timely payment of employer-employee contributions; calculate contributions against IMSS issuance using the report generated by SUA for accurate and timely payment of employer-employee contributions. * Administration of medical leaves via IMSS-issued certificates or folios, to deduct those days from IMSS contribution calculations and payments; administration of work-related accidents using forms submitted by Service Units to prepare the Annual Declaration of Occupational Risk Level. * Respond to IMSS and INFONAVIT requests—including notifications of registration (alta), termination (baja), salary adjustments, withholdings, and suspensions—to clarify payment requirements from these institutions. * Administration of auto insurance and voluntary medical expense policies through deductions and transfers executed by Payroll and Treasury departments, ensuring appropriate deductions and payments to the insurance provider. * Review internal control documents to verify compliance with social security obligations. **Technical Knowledge or Specific Skills Required for the Role:** Social Security Law, INFONAVIT Law, Federal Labor Law. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Positive work environment. * Uniforms. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
