Strong sense of responsibility and handling of confidential information Junior Treasury Analyst **Location:** Mexico City, Reforma **Job Summary:** At Kavak, we are looking for a meticulous and responsible Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. Your mission will be to ensure the proper and transparent handling of the company's resources, ensuring compliance with processes, internal controls, and correct payment execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Payment Management:** Control and execution of payments to suppliers, taxes, reimbursements, and financing. * **Reconciliations:** Perform bank reconciliations and clarify outstanding entries. * **Banking Control:** Download transaction records and manage various corporate banking portals. * **Accounting:** Accounting entry of transfers between internal accounts and commissions. * **Administration:** Corporate credit card management and documentation of treasury processes. * **Compliance:** Execution of controls under SOX regulations. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury or financial accounting. * **Tools:** Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) and experience with banking platforms. * **ERPs:** Experience with NetSuite or Oracle is desirable. * **Knowledge:** Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs), electronic banking operations, and reconciliations. * **Language:** Intermediate English proficiency. **Desired Competencies:** * Strong sense of responsibility and handling of confidential information. * Focus on process improvement and automation. **We Offer:** * Hybrid work arrangement. * Opportunities for growth and long-term improvement projects.
