Opportunity to work on a fixed schedule **KATCON** is seeking: **Training Instructor (Welding)** **Responsibilities**: * Deliver theoretical and practical training to welders and forklift operators. * Evaluate the performance of trained personnel and maintain records of progress. * Support the development of instructional materials and training content. * Document attendance, evaluations, and results in internal systems. **Requirements**: * Fixed daytime schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday * Education: High school diploma or related technical degree. * Experience: 2 years (preferably in the metal-mechanical sector) * Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract * Superior benefits * Christmas bonus equivalent to 25 days' salary * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Savings plan * Attendance bonus * Union assistance for birth, death, marriage, and academic support.
