Supervision of training, onboarding, and conflict resolution **HUMAN CAPITAL COORDINATOR** **Job Objective**: Coordinate, supervise, and execute administrative and human capital activities to ensure the company has appropriately qualified, motivated, and trained personnel, in compliance with current labor legislation. **Requirements:** * Age: 27 to 40 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. (Degree required) * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. (Restaurant industry experience preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Proactivity and initiative. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Empathy. * Negotiation skills. * Leadership. * Results-oriented. **Responsibilities:** * Support newly hired staff to ensure their integration and adaptation to the company is timely and satisfactory. * Supervise department heads to ensure they properly and effectively train, onboard, provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and motivate their team members. * Attend to employees, clarify doubts, identify and resolve internal grievances and conflicts jointly with department heads. * Collaborate closely with department heads, supervising and providing feedback on their leadership, negotiation, and motivation techniques used with staff. * Propose, develop, and implement integration activities and dynamics within and across departments to improve workplace climate among employees and department heads. * Implement initiatives to increase staff retention. * Supervise compliance with working conditions for each position. * Ensure disciplinary actions applied are justified and aligned with company policies. * Identify training needs, develop training programs, and implement them. **We Offer:** * Salary: $17,000 to $20,000 per month (based on experience) * Statutory benefits. * Cafeteria service.
