You’ll lead Zoom trainings, answer questions clearly, and represent our brand with professionalism. **What You’ll Do** * Train clients via Zoom and recorded video walkthroughs * Guide users through Smart platform features step\-by\-step * Provide calm, confident assistance and client support * Represent Smart with professionalism and patience **Requirements** * Excellent English – clear, soft\-spoken, confident * 1\+ year in training, onboarding, or support * Reliable internet, webcam, and mic * Presentable on camera (clean background, business attire) * Quiet home setup (green screen optional) **Bonus Points:** * Software training or onboarding background * Ability to learn and explain software quickly * Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation * Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus * Handled high\-value or demanding customers **Benefits** * 100% Remote, location independent * Compensation: $2000 \- $2,200/month plus incentives * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Collaborative and creative work environment
