Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering or related field RESPONSIBILITIES: * Developing quality procedures. * Procedures for water analysis. * Procedure for raw material receipt. * Procedure for sensory analysis of finished products. * Procedure for receipt of finished products. * Procedure for weighing inputs. * Procedure for new product development and innovation. * Procedure for reviewing intermediate and finished products in production and warehouse areas. * Inspection and release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. * Designing warehouse layout. * Supervising, validating, analyzing, and objectively evaluating compliance with production processes. * Executing and completing on-floor quality analysis forms. * Generating non-conforming product reports. KNOWLEDGE: * Proficiency in delivering staff training. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Knowledge of NOM-251. * Knowledge of HACCP. * Knowledge of measurement equipment handling (scale, refractometer, viscometer, potentiometer).
