Position Summary: We are seeking a Solutions Analyst with a technical-functional orientation for the analysis and documentation of existing solutions, possessing analytical and communication skills. Technical-functional profile with analytical capability **Solutions Analyst** **Hybrid Mode in CDMX** **Main Activities or Responsibilities:** * Analysis of existing solutions and applications. * Elicitation and documentation of functional and technical requirements. * Identification of workflows, dependencies, and system integrations. * Preparation of functional/technical documentation and solution diagrams. * Impact analysis and support in solution proposals. * Interaction with technical and functional teams to understand processes and architecture. * Support in legacy system analysis and evolutionary maintenance. **Technical Specifications:** * Experience in functional analysis and/or technical analysis of applications. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of application architecture and REST APIs. * Ability to interpret solution diagrams, workflows, and technical components. * Experience in functional and technical documentation. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries. * Desired knowledge of system integrations and microservices. * Desired experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Desired understanding of modern web applications and enterprise ecosystems. * Desired experience in analyzing legacy code or existing solutions. **Required Certifications and Methodologies:** Scrum desirable / Agile desirable **Additional Comments:** We seek a candidate with a technical-functional orientation for the analysis and documentation of existing solutions.
