Training programs **At Ruba, we do not only build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our Corporate Team.** **CONTRACTOR ANALYST** Analyze initiatives for contractor development based on Grupo Ruba’s production model, aiming to establish strategic partners with technical, administrative, and financial capabilities. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze contractor operations using tools aligned with the Contractor Development Model. * Collect statistical information on contractors per location to conduct operational analysis. * Ensure adherence to target costs for assigned work fronts to support achievement of company goals. * Implement business model acquisition strategies with strategic partners under a WIN-WIN relationship, applying the Contractor Development Model tools. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Experience managing contractors and suppliers * Experience with unit prices, cost estimation, and budgeting * Knowledge of construction processes * Basic knowledge of Labor Law (LFT), VAT (IVA), and IMSS regulations * Proficiency in Office, Enkontrol, Neodata, and AutoCAD * Negotiation skills * Leadership ability **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth * Training programs
