We seek a candidate with field leadership, operational control, and experience managing masonry work crews and contractors specialized in concrete block installation for luxury vertical and hospitality developments. **Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising masonry specializing in concrete block * Experience in vertical construction, luxury, and hospitality projects * Knowledge of: * Layout and leveling * Concrete block installation * Wall alignment, plumbness, and modular layout * Structural columns, bond beams, and enclosures * Reading and interpretation of architectural and structural drawings * Construction progress monitoring * Personnel and contractor management * Willingness to work on-site **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise proper execution of concrete block walls per drawings and specifications * Coordinate masonry work crews and contractors * Verify leveling, plumbness, alignment, and modular layout of walls * Inspect quality of concrete block installation and construction processes * Track adherence to construction schedule and progress milestones * Request materials and monitor crew productivity * Identify deviations and correct field processes * Validate progress for cost estimations * Prepare physical progress reports * Ensure compliance with on-site safety requirements **We Offer** * Competitive weekly salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
