Job Summary: We are seeking a Solutions Analyst to analyze, document, and improve existing applications, collaborating with technical and functional teams at IDS Comercial. Key Highlights: 1. Access to training and certification **Join our team as a Solutions Analyst at IDS Comercial, S.A. de C.V.** **Requirements:** Engineering or bachelor’s degree in a field related to information technologies. At least 3 years of professional experience Basic/intermediate technical English desirable **Experience:** * **Analysis and development of legacy Edify BNE code** * **Experience in analysis and documentation of existing solutions (technical\-functional)** * Experience in functional and/or technical analysis of applications. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of application architecture and REST APIs. * Ability to interpret solution diagrams, workflows, and technical components. * Experience in functional and technical documentation. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries. * Knowledge of system integrations and microservices is desirable. * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is desirable. * Understanding of modern web applications and enterprise ecosystems is desirable. * Experience in legacy code or existing solution analysis is desirable. **Required Certifications and Methodologies:** Scrum desirable / Agile desirable **Responsibilities:** * Analysis of existing solutions and applications. * Elicitation and documentation of functional and technical requirements. * Identification of workflows, dependencies, and system integrations. * Creation of functional/technical documentation and solution diagrams. * Impact analysis and support in proposing solutions. * Interaction with technical and functional teams to understand processes and architecture. * Support in legacy system analysis and evolutionary maintenance. **Strong analytical skills, understanding of integrations, and effective communication with technical and functional teams are essential.** **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * You will have continuous professional development opportunities. * Access to training and certification for personal and professional growth.
