**Real Estate Project Manager:** **Experience:** * At least 2 years in a similar position, responsible for a project of 1,000 or more units in social-interest and/or mid-range real estate developments * Experience in marketing and sales of social-interest and mid-range housing products, leading high-performance teams in marketing, sales, title processing, and after-sales services * Management and control of construction processes for infrastructure, urban development, and building construction, as well as obtaining DTUs (Urban Development Permits) * Interaction with municipal and state authorities, INFONAVIT, and FOVISSSTE * Relationships with banks, SOFOMES, and all types of financial institutions * Coordination of efforts to obtain property titles with management, permitting, sales departments and their contracts, as well as acquisition of housing packages and construction output * Knowledge of the local condominium law of the State of Quintana Roo * Oversight of after-sales services, housing delivery, and warranty handling **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with experience * PDL * Growth opportunities **Education:** **Professional Degrees:** * Administration * Engineering * CPA A master’s degree is a plus Salary: $60,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
