Description
Compensation and Administration:
Administer and execute personnel administration, compensation, and labor relations processes, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations, document control, accurate payroll and personnel movement management, as well as maintaining up-to-date organizational and administrative company information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all employees have complete, updated, and properly filed individual employment contracts.
* Maintain fair, respectful, and productive labor relations, professionally and conflict-free managing exit negotiations and separation processes.
* Develop, administer, and update salary scales and compensation schemes aligned with market standards, budget constraints, and current labor regulations.
* Guarantee compliance and control of permits, documentation, and administrative procedures required for expatriate personnel.
* Execute administrative activities related to payment orders, including rent, payroll, severance payments, services, and employee support.
* Register, terminate, and modify personnel records with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) timely and accurately, ensuring corresponding legal compliance.
* Execute and monitor LS’s administrative payroll, as well as validate incidents, severance payments, and FCH personnel movements.
* Ensure timely and updated delivery of organizational headcount data, including organizational structures and internal transfers.
* Monitor, analyze, and report absenteeism and turnover indicators for administrative staff.
* Administer personnel movements such as salary increases, position changes, promotions, and incident adjustments.
* Maintain the Personnel Master File up to date, ensuring complete, organized, and properly safeguarded physical and digital personnel files.
* Administer and monitor personnel vacation control, ensuring updated balances and compliance with internal policies.
