As a family-owned company, our commitments to our people, our products, our customers, and our corporate values are integral to our recipe for success. **Objective:** Develop, create, and innovate high-complexity bakery products and new technologies, conducting laboratory applications and product scale-up to meet customer requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop new products according to customer needs * Formulate and cost developed products * Lead new product development to implement products across various production lines * Prepare product documentation to ensure standardized manufacturing * Develop and implement new manufacturing processes for new products to sustain continuous innovation * Develop and implement cost-reduction projects for existing products or across various process areas to improve profit margins * Conduct internal audits timely and accurately * Support the maintenance of Management Systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000\), ensuring compliance **Education:** * Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Biology \- Administrative or related field **Experience:** * 5 years of experience in **food product research and development**, preferably in baking processes and ingredient functionality * Attention to detail, analytical skills, customer focus, planning, and organization * Advanced English (Mandatory) * Intermediate Office proficiency An Equal Opportunity Employer.
