Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise legal strategies and regulatory compliance across Latin America, providing legal advisory services and mitigating legal risks. Key Highlights: 1. Management of strategic litigation and regulatory compliance. **Position Objective** Coordinate and supervise legal strategies and regulatory compliance for operations in Latin America, providing comprehensive legal advisory services to various organizational departments, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation in each country of operation. **Education** * Bachelor's Degree in Law (degree conferred). Desirable: * Specialization or Master's Degree in Corporate Law, Labor Law, Commercial Law, or Compliance. * Diplomas in international regulation or LATAM corporate law. **Experience** * Corporate law. * Regional or multinational legal management. * Coordination of external law firms. * Monitoring of procedures and complaints. * Regulatory and compliance oversight of Ministry of Labor inspections. * Corporate labor law. * Management of strategic litigation. * Corporate governance. * Data protection and compliance. **Desirable experience in:** * Operations in LATAM countries (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Peru, and Colombia). * Financial, retail, fintech, logistics, service, or multinational corporate companies. * Regional expansion processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate legal matters across LATAM countries. * Supervise regional contracts and agreements. * Ensure regulatory compliance. * Manage litigation and legal contingencies. * Coordinate international external law firms. * Advise senior management and operational departments. * Monitor regulatory changes. * Mitigate legal and reputational risks. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Savings fund * Retirement fund * Health benefits
