Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in operational personnel monitoring, incident analysis, and report preparation, skilled in computer tools and performance indicator management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Constant personnel monitoring and incident analysis. 2. Preparation of operational reports and database management. 3. Emergency support and assistance, including GPS platform operation. * Minimum 1 year of experience * Daily incident reporting * Constant monitoring of operational personnel and supervisors across services * Incident analysis, including response time and resolution time * Preparation of operation-focused reports * Flexible working hours availability * Proficiency in computer equipment, telephony, Microsoft Office suite, and Outlook email * Analytical capability * Performance indicator management * Adherence to established processes * Maintenance of database information * Provision of emergency support and assistance * GPS platform operation Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
