Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer with team leadership experience to coordinate and supervise security equipment maintenance at AICM. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership in preventive and corrective maintenance of security equipment 2. Ensuring operational continuity and SLA compliance 3. Formal coordination with the AICM Security Management We are a company specialized in security technologies, dedicated to manufacturing, importing, and distributing the most advanced security products in Mexico. Requirements: * Completed degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electronic, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, Communications, Telematics Engineering or related field: **degree certificate and professional license mandatory** * Availability to work on a **12x24-hour shift schedule** * Preferred residence near AICM * Immediate availability * Minimum desirable experience of 1 year leading field engineering teams Required Knowledge and Skills: * Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations for X-ray inspection systems, CT scanners, or similar equipment * Ensure operational continuity and SLA compliance * Traceability (logs/tickets/reports) * Adherence to the Technical Annex and current contract * Formal coordination with the AICM Security Management * Service ticket handling * Planning and control of preventive maintenance (schedules, routines, operational windows) * Daily reporting; coordinating access, permissions, and logistics; proactively communicating risks and blockers * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; ERP system experience We Offer: * Competitive monthly salary commensurate with the position * Monthly salary deposited on the last day of each month * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers worth $550 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: SGMM, life insurance, savings fund
