We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective:** Track and analyze the performance of credit card portfolio strategies, promotions, and programs by extracting, validating, and managing data, as well as monitoring performance indicators and metrics (KPIs), to ensure proper execution of initiatives, identify optimization opportunities, and measure achievement of business objectives. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Generating, validating, and delivering databases for growth and mitigation programs. * Operational tracking of credit card portfolio initiatives. * Monitoring and analysis of program performance metrics and indicators. * Validation and quality control of information prior to sharing with user departments. * Data extraction, cleaning, and transformation from various sources. * Identifying optimization opportunities in recurring processes and reports. * Preparing follow-up reports and presentations. * Coordinating and responding to requests from various departments related to program operations. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience: 1–3 years in information analysis, database management, or financial products. * Proficiency in SQL and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Preferred experience with SAS, BigQuery, or other data analytics tools. * Experience working with large volumes of information. * Attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate results and issues. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and collaborate across departments.
