Job Summary: Support preventive and corrective maintenance of plastic injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, and facilities to ensure uninterrupted production. Key Highlights: 1. MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT – INJECTION MOLDING MACHINES Job Objective Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plastic injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, and plant facilities, ensuring proper operation to guarantee continuous production. Main Responsibilities * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of plastic injection molding machines. * Diagnose basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. * Maintain peripheral equipment such as grinders, temperature controllers, chillers, and compressors. * Perform periodic inspections of machinery and equipment. * Support mold changes and machine startup when required. * Keep work areas and tools clean and organized. * Complete maintenance reports and logs. * Comply with company safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements * Education: Technical diploma or vocational high school degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electricity, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial machinery maintenance; experience with injection molding machines is required. * Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
