Technical Sales Coordinator – Wind Testing \& Measurement \| Mexico We are currently looking for a **Technical Sales Coordinator** to join our **Wind Testing \& Measurement** team in Mexico. The position will be based at our offices in **Guadalajara**, and will involve participation in renewable energy projects across LATAM, primarily in **Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America**. **What will you do?** --------------------- ### **Commercial Management and Customer Relationship** * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Develop competitive and customized technical-commercial proposals. * Conduct cost, pricing, and margin analyses. * Track business opportunities through to closure. * Coordinate technical meetings with clients and stakeholders. ### **Procurement and Supplier Management** * Manage strategic procurement of measurement equipment and meteorological towers. * Negotiate commercial terms with national and international suppliers. * Evaluate suppliers and ensure quality standards and delivery timelines. * Maintain ongoing relationships with key suppliers. ### **Operations and Logistics** * Coordinate travel, transportation, and equipment mobilization for projects. * Track import/export processes. * Manage inventory and material availability. * Supervise equipment storage and preventive maintenance. ### **Internal Coordination** * Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technical teams. * Participate in project progress meetings. * Support continuous process improvement. **What are we looking for?** -------------------------- We seek individuals eager to contribute and grow within a dynamic and international environment. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience preparing technical proposals and managing wind and solar measurement equipment. * Organized profile with attention to detail. * Strong analytical skills and data handling ability. * Teamwork and interdepartmental coordination skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Master’s degree or additional specialized training. * Prior experience in international renewable energy projects. **Position Information** ------------------------------ * **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. * **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 remote). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \| 40 hours per week. * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term (3 months). * **Estimated Start Date:** 04/06/2026\. * **Direct Supervisor:** Pablo Cesar González Vázquez. **Compensation and Benefits** ----------------------------- * Gross monthly salary: **21,000 MXN**. * Monthly food vouchers. * Major Medical Expense Insurance. * Life Insurance. * Dental Insurance. * Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo). * Vacation premium. * Profit-sharing. * Vacation days and statutory holidays in accordance with Mexican labor law. * IMSS and INFONAVIT contributions. **Why Join Us?** -------------------- You will be part of a specialized team in renewable energy, participating in international projects and collaborating with professionals from diverse fields in a technical, dynamic, and growing environment. **Diversity and Inclusion** At Barlovento Applus\+, we foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
