**Recruitment 4.0 is seeking a Purchasing Manager in San Juan De Ocotan - Zapopan, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Purchasing and Expense Manager** REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's or technical degree in finance, administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of invoicing, quotations, and budgeting. Valid driver's license. Easy access to San Juan de Ocotan. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Receive and process material requirements from production, maintenance, and distribution centers (CEDIS). Develop and maintain an updated supplier catalog. Identify new suppliers and negotiate rates and commercial terms to secure better agreements. Lead and participate in continuous improvement processes and cost-saving strategies. Conduct periodic cost and performance analyses to identify opportunities for optimizing the procurement process. Analyze and evaluate expense data to identify areas for cost reduction. Monitor established inventory levels of supplies and analyze the need to adjust maximum and minimum levels based on observed flow patterns and storage capacity. Implement work methods, recording systems, and inventory control procedures for supplies, ensuring proper supervision of material inflows and outflows. Ensure purchased products meet the company’s required quality standards and pricing. Supervise the receipt of service invoices and their proper management within internal control systems. Prepare and manage budgets appropriately. **WE OFFER:** Base salary of $3,000 per week (tax-free) + Weekly productivity bonus of $1,000 + Statutory benefits + Subsidized cafeteria + Savings fund.
