Join UVM’s faculty team to share your expertise in planning and management. **Objective of the Undergraduate Faculty Position:** Ensure achievement of learning objectives and student competencies within undergraduate programs such as Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Garment Industry, Multimedia Design, among others. **Functions and Responsibilities of an Undergraduate Faculty Member:** * Design dynamic classes that foster meaningful learning * Implement instructional strategies for face-to-face classes, identifying students’ academic needs and challenges. * Encourage active participation from all students * Enhance overall academic quality * Support students’ holistic development **Requirements to Become an Undergraduate Faculty Member:** A completed undergraduate degree with official title and professional license is mandatory. (Fields include Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Garment Industry, Multimedia Design, among others.) A master’s degree with official title and professional license is desirable. Three years of teaching experience is required.
