Join our UVM faculty team to share your experience in planning and management. **Undergraduate Faculty Position Objective:** Ensure achievement of learning objectives and competencies for undergraduate program students—including Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Garment Industry, Multimedia Design, among others. **Key Responsibilities and Activities as an Undergraduate Faculty Member:** * Design dynamic classes that foster meaningful learning * Implement instructional strategies for face-to-face teaching, identifying students’ academic needs and challenges. * Encourage active participation from all students * Enhance overall academic quality * Support students’ holistic development **Requirements for Undergraduate Faculty Positions:** A completed undergraduate degree with official diploma and professional license is mandatory. (Fields include: Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Garment Industry, Multimedia Design, among others.) A master’s degree with official diploma and professional license is preferred. Minimum three years of teaching experience.
