**HOUSING COST AND BUDGET ANALYST**
Analyze and prepare construction budgets for residential developments, considering construction processes, management guidelines, and company policies to deliver high-quality products at competitive prices.
**Responsibilities:**
Prepare unit price analyses for building construction and housing-related supplementary items
Calculate construction volumes for building works and housing-related supplementary items
Ensure budget preparation includes the most competitive prices for construction materials
Monitor estimates and change orders.
Receive and review final settlement documents to close contracts for completed projects.
Ensure adherence to target cost objectives for assigned project scopes to contribute toward achieving the company’s overall goals.
**Requirements:**
* Civil Engineering or Architecture degree
* 3 years of experience in the same position
* Experience in unit price analysis
* Construction volume calculation
* Monitoring of estimates and change orders
* Teamwork skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Neodata, Opus, AutoCAD
* Enkontrol (Preferred)
* Problem-solving skills
* Leadership
* Proactive attitude
