Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Coordinator/Manager with knowledge of cost estimation, construction scheduling, and the Axioma methodology to manage projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure construction quality. Ensuring construction quality Purpose A Junior Coordinator or Manager is required, with expertise in cost estimation, construction scheduling, and familiarity with the Axioma project management methodology. Responsibilities Efficiently utilizes available technological tools: Procore, Primera Base, Teams, SharePoint, Lapzo Documents client processes and decisions via emails, letters, and meeting minutes signed by the client. Knows key project, client, supplier, and day-to-day interpersonal relationship information. Delivers timely information to the Project Manager for integration into the weekly project progress status report. Punctuality in client meetings and adherence to scheduled meeting times. Identifies and leverages client needs to offer additional services. Establishes long-term client relationships through understanding their business. Maintains a close and cordial relationship with the client and/or sponsor. Identifies and contributes value-added elements for the client. Prepares high-quality progress reports for the client (weekly and monthly status reports). Records, documents, and follows up on client agreements and requests raised during meetings. Administers and safeguards the project’s administrative files; maintains organized folders with indexes and ready access, categorized by department and supplier. Actively participates in meetings: takes notes, prepares the meeting room, manages the agenda, and monitors time according to the agenda during weekly meetings—both internal and those held with clients and suppliers—convened by the Project Manager. Flags yellow, orange, and red issues to the Project Manager and work teams regarding information under their control, such as budget deviations, delayed payments, delayed information delivery by suppliers, or missing documents required for contracts and/or bonds. Daily use of Axioma’s project management methodology, templates, and procedures. Ensures construction quality through daily oversight, enforcing contractor accountability, and monitoring construction processes—requiring contractors to submit weekly reports delivered to the Project Manager. Maintains a task schedule for their area in Microsoft Project or Excel, per the Project Manager’s instructions; updates and monitors it weekly: pending items, completed tasks, remaining items, urgent items, and important items. Delivers information to the Project Manager for integration into the weekly status report. Timely requests invoices and enters them into scheduling according to commercial agreements. Compliance with Axiowellness (3 hours of exercise per week, at least one nutritionist visit and one psychologist visit during the first semester of the year): 1\= not complied, 3\= 100% compliance. Holds certification in the Axioma methodology.
