Operates and manages floor polishing and buffing equipment ### **Vacancy: Supervisor – Tlalpan Hospitals** * **Location:** Tlalpan, Hospital Zone * **Shift:** Afternoon (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm) * **Salary:** $12,000 monthly **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * Paid training * Opportunity to work double shifts * Holiday pay in accordance with the law * Complimentary uniforms * Biweekly payroll * Referral bonus **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities. * Provide on-site guidance and follow-up for assigned personnel to ensure service quality. * Supply necessary materials to assigned personnel. * Coordinate cleaning of patient rooms and hospital areas. * Provide feedback to staff to meet quality standards. * Request bed-linen bundles from the linen department. * Request welcome kits. * Inspect rooms and spaces cleaned by staff and correct any deficiencies. * Make beds, place welcome kits, apply WC seals, urinal seals, specimen container seals, * commode seals, and sink seals before releasing rooms. * Supervise floor polishing. * Coordinate and supervise waste collection and segregation at the temporary storage area. * + Supervise proper completion of logbooks * Supervise labeling of atomizers * Supervise labeling of waste bags **Requirements:** * Minimum experience: 1 year * Education level: Basic * Knowledge of equipment use: floor buffers, floor polishers, manual scrubbing. * Experience cleaning and polishing marble, tile, vinyl, and ceramic surfaces.
