**Job Title** ------------- ### Trainee Logistics **What Your Day Will Be Like** -------------------- ### The Logistics Trainee will support operations within the logistics area at the manufacturing plant in León, contributing to monitoring and optimizing material flows, storage, and internal distribution. The role will focus on participating in key activities such as logistics planning, inventory control, delivery coordination, and process analysis, aiming to ensure operational continuity and efficient material flow within the organization. Additionally, the trainee will collaborate in identifying improvement opportunities, data analysis, and supporting logistics optimization projects, gaining hands-on experience in an industrial environment aligned with Siemens Energy’s guidelines. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------------ ### * Support logistics activity planning and tracking (receiving, storage, and distribution) * Support inventory control and analysis * Collaborate in coordinating material flow within the plant * Support collection and analysis of logistics data for decision-making * Participate in continuous improvement projects for logistics processes * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs) of the department * Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as production, procurement, and warehouse **Requirements for the Position** ------------------------------------------- ### * Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (maximum 1 year of experience) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field * No professional experience required (internships or academic projects are a plus) * Interest in logistics, supply chain, and operations * Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel primarily) * Basic knowledge of ERP or logistics systems (desirable) * Intermediate level spoken and written English * Availability to work onsite in León **Soft Skills (MANDATORY):*** Organization and planning * Analytical thinking * Proactivity * Teamwork * Effective communication * Results orientation **LET’S TALK ABOUT US** ------------------------ ### "Let’s Make a Different Tomorrow Today" is our true commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the path toward a sustainable, CO2-neutral future. **MORE INFORMATION** ------------------- ### Energize Yourself.
